Vehicle Acquisitions Representative Join Our Team! Beechmont Toyota is looking for a Vehicle Acquisitions Representative to work directly in our service drive, helping us acquire pre-owned vehicles from our valued customers. This is a customer-facing, high-impact role that helps keep our inventory strong while offering customers exceptional value and service.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Engage with service-drive customers about selling or trading in their vehicles
• Conduct on-the-spot vehicle appraisals using dealership tools
• Present purchase/trade-in offers and explain vehicle values
• Work closely with Sales and Used Car Management
• Track interactions and follow up with customers
• Support dealership acquisition goals and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

:

• Experience in automotive sales, service drive interaction, or vehicle acquisitions (preferred)
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Customer-focused, professional, and goal-driven
• Comfortable starting conversations and building rapport
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record We Offer:
