Hi there! Are you an experienced HOA professional ready to take the lead in managing thriving community associations? We're seeking a Senior HOA Property Manager to join our team and oversee day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and board advisory for multiple communities. In this role, you'll serve as the key liaison between homeowners, boards, vendors, and internal teams--ensuring each community is efficiently managed, financially sound, and a great place to live. From supporting board governance and managing capital improvement projects to fostering resident engagement and mentoring junior staff, you'll play a critical role in the long-term success of our communities.

Qualifications

:

• 5+ years in HOA/community management (2+ in a senior position)
• CMCA, AMS, or PCAM preferred or in progress
• Strong financial acumen and vendor management experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems This position requires occasional evening/weekend meetings, use of a personal vehicle, and a commitment to exceptional service.
