Responsibilities

:

• Process new and used vehicle registrations (in-state and out-of-state)
• Prepare tax, title, and lien documents for submission to the DMV
• Verify collected funds and correct lienholder information
• Maintain accurate records and track outstanding titles
• Assist with dealer swaps, stock-in paperwork, and certificates of origin
• Stay up to date with Massachusetts RMV guidelines and compliance

Qualifications

:

• CVR Certification/Training required
• Previous experience in a dealership registry or title office required
• Familiarity with Dealertrack, MA RMV processes, and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
