Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing property leasing processes, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective tenants. This position requires a blend of real estate knowledge, administrative skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Duties

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
• Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, including processing applications and conducting background checks.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and lease agreements using property management software such as OneSite.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations.
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants, including social media promotion and community outreach.
• Stay informed about local real estate laws and regulations compliance, to ensure adherence in all leasing activities.
• Support the administrative functions of the office, including filing contracts and maintaining organized documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate administration or property management is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of facilities management and property maintenance practices is beneficial.
• Understanding of legal aspects related to leasing agreements and tenant rights is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with OneSite or similar software is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong attention to detail.
