Consulting Stumm Insurance LLC We are one of the fastest growing group employee benefits agencies in the Chicagoland area & seeking an Account Executive to fill this new position in its Rosemont office location. This Account Executive opportunity will involve working directly with owners of the company on high-level aspects of client management & retention for groups ranging from 5 to 500 employees. Minimal travel to IL clients will be required. This Account Executive roles also include (but are not limited to):

• Maintain a working relationship with assigned clients.
• Be responsible for client renewal strategy/communication through:
• Development of renewal/proposals exhibits with plan design analysis & contribution modeling.
• Occasional preparation & release of RFPs.
• Co-presenting with assigned producer/owner at client meetings.
• At times prepare and/or present employee open enrollment materials/meetings
• New carrier implementation for clients when necessary.
• Consultation on ACA provisions.
• Involvement with all benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA, FSA, etc.).
• Work with other Stumm team members to support clients throughout the entire plan year. Skills and Experience
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in group employee benefit consulting
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong Excel skills (also a must), PowerPoint, Word, and carrier websites.
• Illinois Life & Health Insurance Producer License will eventually be required, but not mandatory for initial hire. Stumm has a very competitive salary/benefit program for all employees and rewards for high performance. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
