Full description of the position

We are looking for a leasing agent that is available to work 3 Saturdays a month. We prefer someone with at least 1 year of leasing experience at an apartment complex. A Leasing Agent is responsible for showing/touring, and leasing the apartments, and assisting tenants with their needs. Their duties include, but are not limited to, meeting with prospective tenants and showing them the available units, processing applications, collecting security deposits, entering work orders, making follow up calls, and assisting manager as needed. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.11 - $18.54 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
