Property Manager

Duties

: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties. - Manage property maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner. - Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track and schedule maintenance tasks. - Perform data entry and maintain organized files for each property. - Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, managing budgets, and coordinating with vendors. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. - Manage lease agreements and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations. - Answer phone calls and emails professionally, providing excellent customer service to tenants and prospective tenants. Experience: - Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. - Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures. - Familiar with HUD/CHFA requirements, LIHTC Experience. - Understanding of Fair Housing reguglations and practices - Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills. - Ability to handle property maintenance issues and coordinate repairs.
