Responsibilities

: 1. Customer Engagement:

• Handle incoming internet leads and inbound phone calls for prospective customers.
• Interact with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer needs, scheduling sales appointments, and ensuring a positive experience. 2. Lead Management:
• Manage and follow up on leads generated through various online sources and phone calls.
• Engage with prospects in a manner that encourages them to connect and do business with us. 3. Appointment Scheduling:
• Schedule appointments for sales customers at our dealerships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling and timely follow-ups. Product Knowledge:
• Stay informed about the latest automotive products, features, and industry trends.
• Effectively communicate product information to customers and address any questions or concerns. CRM Utilization:
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions, manage leads, and streamline communication processes.

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the automotive industry but not necessary. We will train.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools.
• Excellent computer skills are a must.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
