The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in technical and energy sectors, with a proven ability to negotiate effectively. This role is essential for driving our business forward by converting leads into satisfied customers through persuasive communication and strategic selling techniques.

Duties

• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Track leads, manage customer relationships, and document sales activities.
• Conduct door-to-door sales as well as outside sales efforts to expand market reach.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop effective sales strategies and improve overall performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to enhance product offerings and service delivery. Skills
• Proven experience in Sales, particularly in Technical Sales or Energy Sales.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Experience in Outside Sales and Door-to-Door Sales is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Leadership qualities that contribute to team success and motivation.
• A solid understanding of the solar market and related technologies is a plus.
