Hiring Now: Bilingual Commercial Property & Social Media Manager (Russian/English) Location: Miami Office | Servicing our Commercial Property in Sunny Isles Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site We're seeking a motivated, bilingual Commercial Property & Social Media Manager to oversee operations of our commercial property in Sunny Isles while managing our digital presence. This unique hybrid role is perfect for someone who's both business-savvy and creatively inclined -- fluent in Russian and English , organized, and ready to represent a high-end property with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

: Commercial Property Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations and tenant relations for our Sunny Isles commercial property
• Communicate with Russian- and English-speaking business tenants to address concerns and coordinate solutions
• Manage vendor relationships, maintenance schedules, and property inspections
• Prepare lease agreements, renewals, and ensure lease compliance
• Handle budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting to ownership
• Ensure the property meets all regulatory, safety, and aesthetic standards Social Media Management
• Develop and execute content strategies to promote the property and its tenants on platforms like Instagram and Facebook
• Create visually appealing and engaging posts in both English and Russian
• Respond to comments, inquiries, and DMs in a timely, professional manner
• Highlight tenant businesses, events, and property updates through stories, posts, and reels
• Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to increase reach and engagement

Requirements

:

• Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written)
• Experience in commercial property management required
• Background in social media management or digital marketing preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and property management software (AppFolio) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $51,858.00 - $56,260.00 per year Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed Ability to Commute:
