Wine & Spirits Sales Representative Full-Time / Part-Time Are you passionate about wine and spirits? Do you have a proven track record in sales and the ability to create new business opportunities? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Wine & Spirits Sales Representative to expand our sales channels and drive revenue through in-store engagement, direct email marketing, and corporate partnerships.

Responsibilities

:

• Sales-Driven Focus: Dedicate full-time efforts to selling our wine and spirits products.
• Expand Sales Channels: Identify and develop new business opportunities, including corporate sales, parties & catering, and university group sales.
• Email Marketing & Direct Sales: Create and send weekly promotional emails featuring special wine deals, encouraging direct orders.
• Customer Engagement & Loyalty: Assist in-store customers, build relationships, and develop a customer database for repeat business.
• Product Knowledge: Learn and stay updated on our wine and spirits selection to provide expert advice to customers.
• Sales Incentives: In addition to your hourly rate, earn a 1% monthly commission on total net sales from your successful customer transactions.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure a premium shopping experience by providing exceptional service and product recommendations.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Prepare weekly purchase orders for recurring items and ensure products are well-stocked daily.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in sales & product advising (wine, spirits, or beer industry preferred).
• Familiarity with inventory systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and drive sales.
• Experience in the wine, liquor, or beer industry (bar, restaurant, retail, or distributor required).
• Ability to multitask and perform physical duties (lifting up to 70 lbs, bending, standing, reaching). Minimum

Requirements

:

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 3-10 years of experience in wine, liquor, or beer sales.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
