Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team. Candidate will play a crucial role in managing leasing activities, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our property management processes. This position requires a strong understanding of real estate administration and the ability to effectively communicate with potential tenants while maintaining compliance with legal standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective tenants in finding suitable rental properties by providing detailed information about available units.
• Conduct property tours and showcase amenities to potential residents.
• Manage leasing paperwork, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with legal requirements.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants to secure agreements.
• Maintain relationships with current residents, addressing any inquiries or concerns regarding property maintenance or lease agreements.
• Collaborate with the property maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate administration preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for interacting with clients and team members.
• Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential qualities for success in this role.
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation a must Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
