Sales & Leasing Coordinator - New Equipment Are you a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast- paced environment? We're looking for a Sales & Leasing Coordinator to support our sales team and play a key role in our growing business. If you're organized, customer-focused, and love working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly -- we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage the entire leasing process -- from credit approval and quote requests to documentation and funding
• Coordinate off-lease processing and related administrative tasks
• Oversee booking, order placement, order tracking, billing, commissions , and customer surveys
• Process Dock & Door service calls and quoted jobs
• Manage catalog and racking orders What We 're Looking For:
• A problem-solver with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Excellent communication skills -- verbal (especially phone), written, and interpersonal
• Solid administrative and organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
• A customer service mindset and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy setting
• An associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus, but equivalent work experience will be considered
