Overview

: We are seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our team. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities - Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels - Maintain a clean and organized sales area - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets - Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management Skills: - Previous experience in plumbing and heating sales is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts - Proficient in using cash registers or POS systems - Ability to conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits - Strong selling skills with the ability to persuade customers to make a purchase - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers effectively - Knowledge of layout design for creating attractive displays Join our team as a Counter Sales Representative and enjoy the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your sales skills while providing exceptional customer service.
