Full description of the position

• Onsite Monitoring of Projects, which will include hallway monitoring. Must be able to read and interpret basic architectural drawings.
• Oversight of contractors' performance and create punch lists and other project documents as needed.
• Perform any incidental work related to projects such as ordering, repairs, and clean up.
• Observe and make recommendations to improve all areas of project functions.
• Communicate with residents, off-site owners, and staff members about project work as necessary.
• Will monitor the physical condition of the common elements relating to ongoing projects.
• Will, from time to time, be assigned to assist the Facilities Maintenance staff.
• Attending Board and Finance Meetings where needed.
• And other duties as assigned. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
