We are seeking an entry-level sales representative to join our team. In this role, you will support sales and marketing efforts within a retail setting, assist with customer engagement, and contribute to team development.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and sales transactions.
• Support the management team in meeting sales and service goals.
• Provide guidance and training to team members.
• Maintain positive client and customer relationships.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or team leadership is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed.
