Responsibilities

: - Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention - Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers - Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving or exceeding sales targets - Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities

Requirements

: - Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Tile industry - Strong organizational and time management skills - Basic math skills for pricing calculations and order processing - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of the market and competitors in the Tile and flooring industry - Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Note: Stock knowledge is not relevant to the Sales position. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
