Duties

: - Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing. - Utilize point-of-sale (POS) technology to process transactions efficiently and accurately. - Provide product demos and answer customer questions to drive sales. - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products. - Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to- date with new releases and promotions. - Develop and maintain a rapport with customers, resulting in repeat business and positive word-of-mouth. - Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment. - Use phone etiquette to respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Skills: - Proficiency in POS systems. - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. - Ability to sell and demonstrate products effectively. - Experience with technology sales and technical sales. - Multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers of diverse backgrounds. - Strong understanding of retail sales principles and techniques. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. - Familiarity with English language and ability to communicate effectively in English. - Willingness to learn about new products and services and stay up-to-date with company promotions. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.80 - $25.00 per hour
