Lake County Haven, a nonprofit social service agency in Libertyville Illinois, is seeking a part-time Property Manager. This position will manage our 8+ sites in Libertyville.

Responsibilities

include regularly inspecting the sites, arranging for repairs, conducting small repairs, acquiring competitive bids, move in/out inspections, communication with tenants, inventory, responding to emergencies, etc. Applicants should have a high school degree or equivalent, some computer skills, knowledge and experience of property maintenance, a valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle, and must pass a criminal/DCFS background check. Background in property management, handyman jobs, and general contracting would be a plus. LCH is a violence-free, drug and alcohol free environment. Our staff always behave with courtesy and respect for all people. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
