Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic beauty/Skin Care advisor/ Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist with product demonstrations, manage cash transactions, and contribute to achieving sales goals through effective communication and upselling techniques.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Provide knowledgeable product demos to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide support.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and increase sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Experience
• Previous experience in retail sales environments is preferred.
• Any experience in skin care/beauty is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change accurately.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus but training will be provided for candidates lacking this experience.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
