Overview

: As a Property Manager at Richland Home Buyers, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing properties across numerous markets. This position requires a dynamic individual who is not only proficient in property management but is also aligned with our mission of fostering teamwork, pioneering change, and making a positive impact in our community.

Responsibilities

:

• Property Operations:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and in compliance with company standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Address tenant concerns and maintain positive tenant relationships.
• Market Analysis:
• Conduct thorough market analysis for each location to identify trends, rental rates, and potential growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement effective strategies for property acquisition and management.
• Team Collaboration:
• Foster a collaborative and positive team culture within the property management department.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including acquisition, finance, and marketing, to achieve company goals.
• Community Impact:
• Identify and implement initiatives that contribute to the positive impact of Richland Home Buyers in the local community.
• Engage in community outreach programs and build relationships with local organizations.
• Innovation and Change Management:
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement and innovation within property management practices.
• Pave the way for positive change and contribute to the evolution of property management strategies within the company.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in property management, preferably in a multi-market environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
