Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative With min 5 years experience in food and Ingredient distribution to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. Daily visit ,calls and contact.
• Engage in generating new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage accounts, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies for B2B sales.
• Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent account management practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products in the market. Experience
• Proven experience in sales in food manufacturing and Beverage industry or B2B environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in product demos, upselling techniques, and cold calling strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A proactive approach to business development and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
• Previous experience in account management is a plus, demonstrating an ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
