Job Description

• Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) by the State of Florida
• 5 - 10 years experience in Community Management
• Oversee a portfolio of Associations working with the Boards and Communities
• Respond to Board and Owner requests
• Manage maintenance proposal processes (RFI, RFP)
• Manage vendors and maintenance within the communities
• Provide support for Board Meetings and Community Reviews
• Excellent customer service - focused on understanding and patience
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Very knowledgable in MS Office and Web applications
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and think and work independently
• Must have a valid Driver's License and insurance The individual would be expected to have a smartphone (preferably, Apple) - and comfortable working with iPads and web applications. Pay based upon experience. Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 per week
