Job Description

: We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual HVAC Salesman proficient in both English and Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales and be able to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele. This role involves understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate HVAC solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. (Sales & HVAC experience needed)

Responsibilities

:

• Conduct sales consultations with residential and commercial customers, understanding their HVAC needs.
• Provide detailed recommendations and quotes for HVAC systems, equipment, and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Effectively communicate product and service offerings in both English and Spanish.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless installation and service processes.

Requirements

:

• Proven experience in HVAC sales. A PLUS
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. A PLUS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain lasting customer relationships.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• EPA certification (preferred).
