We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing & Sales Controller to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters in Horsham, Pennsylvania. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional with a strong background in financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic pricing. The ideal candidate will be analytical, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and oversee financial plans to align with company objectives
• Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to project business performance
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve financial outcomes
• Assess profitability by product and customer segment to support strategic decisions
• Prepare accurate financial reports for internal stakeholders and executive leadership
• Monitor sales trends and performance, identifying areas for optimization
• Manage private label pricing strategies and coordinate bid processes
• Evaluate marketing campaign performance and determine return on investment
• Implement and refine pricing strategies to drive margin and competitiveness
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through effective data management
• Establish and monitor internal controls to support compliance and protect company assets

Requirements

:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial planning, controlling, and analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience in the marketing and sales sector preferred
