Overview

: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and develop valuable skills in sales and customer relations. If you love fashion and helping people look and feel great this is the job for you! We currently have openings for evenings and weekends. We can be flexible in scheduling.

Duties

: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products or services - Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns - Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed - Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals - Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale Experience: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Knowledge of technology products or technical sales is a plus - Experience in jewelry sales is a bonus - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately - Proficiency in English, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a team environment We offer competitive pay and opportunities for career growth within our company.
