• Training & development ROLE OVERVIEW: As a Commercial Insurance Producer with Archer Insurance Agency, you will play a key role in driving new business growth by offering tailored commercial insurance solutions to businesses. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with prior insurance experience and a current Property & Casualty (P&C) license. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet or exceed sales targets while upholding professionalism and industry best practices.
• Stay current on industry trends, policy options, and regulatory changes.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and renewals. QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have prior insurance experience.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
• Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
