Job description Woodruff Chevrolet in Woodruff, SC is looking for a high energy Internet Specialist (Business Development Representative) to join our team. Lead generation, sales, or call center experience is preferred. As an Internet Specialist, you will handle inbound/outbound calls and appointment setting for sales customers. Responsibilities

:

• Discovery Calls - The Business Development Rep will be responsible for pushing leads through the sales/service process, starting with scripted discovery calls that drive appointments.
• CRM Management -
• Log customer information promptly and professionally. (If it's not in the notes, it didn't happen!)
• Follow Ups: Outbound calls to follow up with customers who have visited the dealership. Respond to customer emails and phone inquiries in a timely manner
• Confirmation: Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments.
• Quality Calls: Customer satisfaction calls to make sure customers are happy with the service they received.
• Complete any task assigned by management.
• Clean and professional appearance
• Must be willing to submit to and pass both a background check and drug screening Additional Information: Competitive salary + uncapped commissions. All applications must be submitted online. Walk-ins or phone inquiries to the dealership will not be considered. 5 day work week! Week days only, no weekends! Dealership Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30AM-6:00PM Saturday 8:30AM- 5:00PM Pay cycle:
