Smile-A-Mile Painting is looking to expand their knowledgeable sales team. We are a local contractor and are looking for an estimator to meet with customers and bid jobs. The hours range from 8:00am to 5:30pm depending on business need. The job responsibilities include: - Meet with customers and address their needs - Estimate projects and figure labor vs material cost - Learn product knowledge and application process - Prospect new leads and convert to customers - Build and maintain customer relations - Repairs/ coordinate sub-contractors - Minor repairs/ handy work when needed

Requirements

: - Previous outside sales experience - Self-motivated - Ability to multi-task and manage various projects - Comfortable talking on the phone and with face to face interaction - Be production minded - Strong closer in sales Preferred: - Construction experience preferred - Experience in project management - Strong communication skills - Attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
