Responsibilities

: - Manage social media platforms to attract potential client companies and promote job opportunities - Generate leads and actively recruit clients through various channels - Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. - Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all hiring practices -Assist and coordinate employee orientation and onboarding processes - Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data and streamline hiring processes Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures - Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes - Familiarity with HRIS systems for data management This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities related to staffing coordination. The Staffing Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in attracting, evaluating, and onboarding clients and candidates.
