Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations.
• Conduct thorough presentations of vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and financing options.
• Manage inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.
• Utilize sales support tools and software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and follow up on potential sales.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales performance.
• Maintain knowledge of current market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to effectively position our vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive buying experience.
• Assist in outside sales efforts by attending community events or promotions to generate leads. Experience
• Proven experience in retail sales or automotive sales is preferred.
• Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
