Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team specializing in custom window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters and drapery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong interpersonal skills and a track record of closing sales in a client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess clients window treatment needs and offer design solutions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and company provided appointments.
• Educate clients on available products, fabric options, motorization, and installation processes.
• Accurately measure windows and provide quotes based on clients selections.
• Prepare and submit sales orders, follow up with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Designers, installers, and customer service to ensure seamless project execution.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Attend product training, team meetings and industry events as required.

Qualifications

• 1+ Year of outside sales experience is (preferred but not required) preferably in window treatments, home improvement, or interior design.
• Strong design sense and ability to recommend aesthetically pleasing solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Proficient in measuring and basic math skills; training will be provided.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable using CRM software and mobile devices. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $91,379.00 - $102,470.00 per year
