Requirements

:

• Manage daily operations for the sales department ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to industry standards.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for new and used powersports
• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of professionals fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
• Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing escalated issues and maintaining high satisfaction ratings
• Oversee inventory management, negotiating to secure competitive pricing and product availability suited to seasonal demands
• Monitor budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures to maximize dealership profitability
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong presentation skills Employee Success Profile:
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a powersports dealership.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff alike.
• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal/communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
