POSITION: Logistics Sales Administrator As a Sales Administrator for PGT, you will help brokers and logistics coordinators with their daily administrative tasks. You will have a critical role in managing daily tasks quickly and efficiently. General Job Tasks:

• Enter data into company software
• Distribute and collect packets from carriers and customers
• Assist brokers and logistics coordinators with daily tasks
• Input and process shipment information with precise accuracy
• Communicate with shippers, receivers, and carriers to ensure our service is flawless
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

:

• Previous administration experience preferred.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and phone skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Sense of urgency with ability to work through an ever-changing environment.
• Results-oriented focus.
• College degree preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 per year
