Summary We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Ararat Home of Los Angeles Inc. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our marketing initiatives and enhancing our outreach efforts to promote our services within the community. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase awareness of Ararat Home's services.
• Manage relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Lead marketing campaigns that resonate with the Armenian community and highlight our unique offerings.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and service delivery.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Negotiate contracts with partners and vendors to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in healthcare or non-profit sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, tailored for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in account management and business development strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
