Hayward Honda is looking to expand our internet sales department adding an experienced Product Specialist to our team. Must be able to handle a high volume of internet leads and maintain a high conversion ratio. Candidates must be honest, energetic, hard-working with strong leadership skills and a great attitude. Preferred automotive experience using a CRM and have good computer skills and excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. The Sales Representative Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly

Compensation

of between $15.50 and $17.05. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to meet gross profit, volume standards, and customer satisfaction.

• Promptly greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner and determine their vehicle needs and discuss options
• Negotiate terms that ensure payment options meet the customers lifestyle, budget, and expectations and close the deal
• Facilitate delivery of vehicle to customer to ensure full understanding of the vehicles operating features, warranty and service requirements
• Prospect for customers via telephone, email, referrals, friends or personal contacts
• Build rapport and common ground with customers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options and promotions
• Provide exceptional customer experience by following-up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Attend all sales meetings and training classes as required

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals
• Pleasant and friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
• Neat, clean, professional appearance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Exceptional follow-up skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
• Minimum 1-year car experience
• Valid California driver's license
• Ability to obtain a sales license
