Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to prospective clients to understand their specific insurance needs and offer tailored solutions. Policy Development: Craft personalized insurance packages based on the individual requirements of each client. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and selling insurance products. Market Research: Stay informed about new products and industry trends to provide the most up-to-date advice to clients. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients for ongoing insurance needs. Administrative Tasks: Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure seamless follow-up and service.

Requirements

Licensing: Must hold a valid insurance producer license in Tennessee or be willing to obtain one shortly after hiring. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related sales field is valued but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
