Hilton Arlington Rosslyn - A newly built hotel located in the Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington, VA. It is currently under construction and is slated to open in Fall 2025. It will feature 331 guest rooms, 30,000 sq. ft. of event and meeting space, a lobby bar, a grab-and-go market proudly serving Starbucks coffee, and a third-party restaurant on-site. Owned and operated independently by Dittmar Company, an independent franchisee, the hotel will function separately from Hilton Hotels and Resorts. We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager with a proven track record in group sales to join our team at the new Hilton Arlington Rosslyn location. You will be responsible for maximizing group bookings and revenue by actively soliciting and securing business from various market segments. Core

Responsibilities

:

• Develop and implement strategies to target and attract group business, including corporate, associations, and social events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure optimal room block utilization and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of group events. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
• Proven experience in hotel sales, with a strong emphasis on group sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends.
