Overview

: We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven Front Desk Patient Coordinator to be the face of our clinic. You'll play a key role in delivering a welcoming and seamless experience for every patient who walks through our doors--while also having the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses through performance- based incentives. Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet and check-in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and verify insurance
• Educate patients on NeuMed memberships, IV therapy, and wellness services
• Encourage and guide patients to leave Google reviews post-visit
• Promote monthly specials and assist with service upgrades
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk environment
• Work closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
