Floor Manager - Automotive Sales Location: Grand Motorcars We are seeking a motivated, experienced Floor Manager to lead our high- performing sales team! Experience with eLeads CRM and strong closing ability is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

:

• Manage daily sales floor operations
• Support sales staff with TOs and deal structuring
• Ensure effective lead follow-up through eLeads CRM
• Drive sales performance and accountability
• Maintain a positive and organized sales environment

Requirements

:

• 2+ years in Automotive Sales Management
• Proficient in eLeads CRM
• Proven ability to close deals
• Strong leadership and communication skills
