Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong desire to drive sales. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively inform customers.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
• Perform basic retail math calculations to ensure accurate pricing and inventory levels.
• Uphold store cleanliness and organization standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries. Skills

• Previous experience in sales or retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
