Our fast-paced financial firm in Pensacola, FL is looking for a strong, detail orientated Client Ambassador who can ensure smooth transitions through the client acquisition process. You will work hand-in-hand with the financial advisor assisting as needed and in varied capacity to make the client onboarding experience unique and memorable. Requirements

:

• Previous experience in client service
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills desired.
• Experience with Brokerage and Life Insurance accounts preferred.
• Insurance License or Securities License preferred.
• Experience with investment and insurance applications and transfers preferred. This position requires that you possess the following skills:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work on the phone with business partners and clients
• Ability to demonstrate persistence to achieve quality
• Excellent communication - both verbal and written
• Self-directed initiative

• Strong follow-through

Responsibilities

: Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do. In providing excellent client service you will:

• Complete and process all applications for business submitted by agents
• Assist clients with completing all forms needed when forwarded to the insurance/security agencies.
• Completing conference calls with carriers and clients
• Conduct regular touch point calls with clients to follow up during onboarding process
• Liaison between SWAN team and clients
• Resolve client concerns in a timely fashion and with creative problem solving to provide the ultimate client experience
• Additional duties and responsibilities as required by management Growth Opportunities:
