Lexus of Edison is looking for automotive sales professionals to join our team. We are up 50% in sales volume year over year, the sales department closes at 6 PM most evenings, and the majority of our sales team has been with us for 5 years or more. We offer an extremely aggressive pay plan that includes low packs, volume bonus, SPIFFS, and F&I compensation. Requirements

:

• 2+ years of retail automotive sales experience
• Ability to work in a process-driven environment
• Computer skills, customer-oriented, loves to sell cars, motivated self-starter
• Dealersocket and Lexus experience a plus
• Possess a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Excellent earning potential with aggressive pay plan, demo allowance, commission, plus a volume bonus. Excellent working conditions with full benefits.
