Next Dimension Solar is seeking driven and motivated Solar Sales Professionals to join our dynamic team. As a Solar Sales Pro, you will be responsible for generating new leads and closing sales for residential and commercial solar projects. We are looking for individuals with a proactive, hunter mentality who thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Responsibilities

:

• Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, door-to-door sales, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct solar assessments and provide customized solar solutions based on customer needs.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the financial incentives available.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project installations and customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

:

• Proven track record in solar sales or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a hunter mentality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of solar energy products, financing options, and industry trends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
