Job Description

Smoke Glass and Vape Sales Associate:

• TUESDAY (11a-8p), WEDNESDAY (12p-8p), THURSDAY (11a-8p), AND FRIDAY (11am-8pm)
• Shadyside location (254 S. Highland Ave.)
• 4 days/week; 78 hours/week
• Please do not apply if you can't work the required shift above!
• Due to federal tobacco laws, employees must be 21+ years old

Responsibilities

:

• Recognizes and respects diversity among coworkers and customers
• Greet and assist customers
• Sell products
• Maintain a knowledge of products
• Maintain a clean and orderly store
• Receive and process customer payments, issue receipts
• Resolve customer complaints
• Count starting and ending drawer totals
• Stock shelves with new inventory

Qualifications

: The successful candidate will have:

• Knowledge of products and industry trends REQUIRED! (Vape, Glass, Kratom, CBD, Clothing)
• Ability to work independently
• Customer service experience
• RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
• Exceptional personality and communication skills
• Multi-tasking capabilities and the ability to pay close attention to detail
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Moderate computer literacy
• Experience with Shopkeep or similar POS system, preferred Work Experience

Requirements

:

• High school diploma/GED and 1-2 years of sales/industry experience; or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $11.00 per hour
