Job Title: Sales and Marketing Representative to promote IVIG, Infusion Services, and Biologics Location: Metropolitan Area of Chicago MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH INFUSION THERAPY TO BE CONSIDERED Vital Care Infusion Worx is a national specialty pharmacy dedicated to providing exceptional home infusion therapy services, including IVIG, rare specialty disease pharmaceuticals, and Biologics . As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will play a vital role in generating referrals and marketing the pharmacy services within the community. Seeking professional, experience, and proven medical sales professional with background in Infusion Therapy and Specialty Pharmacy. Experience in IVIG, Biologics, Neuro, and GI sales are a plus

Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify, establish and maintain relationships with potential referral sources for infusion therapy services
• Schedule and execute business activities to secure referrals
• Develop and employ strategic marketing plans
• Continually educate clients through personal meetings & continuing education programs
• Maintain accurate records of accounts and key decision-makers
• Evaluate competitors and assist the pharmacy owner in developing competitive strategies
• Report weekly marketing activities and communicate feedback from referral sources
• Collaborate with clinical staff to utilize clinician-to-clinician marketing opportunities
• Stay informed about current therapies, supplies, and industry developments

Qualifications

: Required:

• Proven physician sales experience, previous Infusion Therapy sales experience a strong plus
• Previous experience within specialty pharmacy sales or pharmaceutical sales
• Minimum 2-year college degree, or work history equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills with employees, supervisors, referral sources, and consumers.
• Strong Team Player
• Ability to create connections executed through relatable people skills
• Highly organized, strong presentation skills
• Desire to work in an environment that rewards for top performance
• Reliable transportation with current insurance coverage Company provides:
• Base salary starting at $100,000K with an Aggressive Corporate

Compensation

Plan. Estimated first year earnings of $150K+ Second Year Earning $200K+. Will pay higher compensation based on business experience and potential generation of present to book of business
