Appointment Setter places outbound phone calls to customers to set appointments for field technicians. These are existing customers and not cold calls. Minimum

Requirements

:

• 50 outbound calls is daily minimum
• High school diploma
• Kind and professional phone etiquette
• Competitive so that achieving goals is important and rewarding
• Team player and gets along well with others in the office
• Good attendance
• Willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
• Experience working for an HVAC company is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Include (but are not limited to):

• Primary responsibility is establishing appointments for technicians.
• Calling, texting, and emailing customers to schedule appointments
• Answer incoming phone calls as needed
• Input appointments and customer information into CRM software (Service Titan) All offers of employment are contingent upon a satisfactory drug screening Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
