Lexus of Concord is looking for an experienced automotive Sales / Salesperson to join our successful sales department. This is an opportunity to join a successful and lucrative sales team. We provide a positive work environment and are looking for experienced best in class Internet Sales Representatives. Our compensation is outstanding for qualified individuals. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate in-store appointments by means of outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers looking for a Lexus or other vehicle.
• Manage email leads and phone calls. Candidate must be able to generate at least 40+ appointments and 15 sales per month through walk-in, leads, email, phone calls, text messages, etc.
• Be available to respond to email, phone, text inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner.
• Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection - be the product expert & authority on all things Lexus
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Check email and notifications frequently and respond to inquiries immediately.
• Hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourself with honesty and integrity.
• Must be able to take care of our guests and generate new and used vehicle sales through the internet department and maintain an excellent CSI. REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous automotive dealership experience is highly encouraged.
• Superior communication skills, both oral and written
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Ability to stay strong and calm, take care of our guests, and generate sales.
• Comfortable making 30+ phone calls, emails, and text messages per day.
• Comfortable with computers, technology, and ability to type fluently. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
