JOB DESCRIPTION : Security Services Account Manager : $40.00 - $45.00 Per Hour, Monday - Friday 8A-4P : An excellent security services management opportunity with a local, premier provider of security services. :

• Managing all assigned personnel at your site and performing all supervisory duties related to a 24x7 security services program.
• Serving as the key point of contact for security services at your site, thereby ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service and compliance with all required service protocols.
• Meeting regularly with corporate and client representatives for service quality reviews and to discuss the implementation of security industry "best practices" and/or the standardization of service processes and protocols.
• Preparing and managing the weekly work schedule at your site.
• Preparing and submitting the weekly Payroll for processing.
• Generating, and reviewing, electronic Shift Logs, Incident Reports, and Tour Data Reports.
• Conducting employee training, and documenting that all assigned personnel are fully trained before they work independently.
• Conducting Random, Unannounced Inspections of assigned personnel.
• Maintaining On-Call Responsibility, 24x7, for all servicing and personnel issues at your site. : Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. : 3-5 years of supervisory experience in either contract security management, corporate security management or law enforcement. Technical expertise with security industry-standard access control and visitor management software. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $73,936.00 - $81,689.00 per year
