We are currently looking for an Account Manager Floater to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager Floater's role is to assist Rent-to-Own customers in bringing past due accounts current through negotiation and skilled communication. Account Manager Floaters are required to maintain exceptional customer service in high-stress situations, maintain professionalism at all times, and have a willingness to learn in order to bring the best outcomes to the company.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Maintain exceptional customer service
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Skills
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Customer Service Representative or relevant role
• Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with both customers and co-workers.
• Solid computer experience.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills Job Type: Full-time
